EA might be considering the possibility

But real contracts are only the beginning. Each team is basically similar to how they are now. This is clearly unrealistic. Madden might add team-specific direction and front office philosophies (rebuilding and winnow mode and tanking), and even team philosophical philosophies. and owners with personality traits that determine what you can and can't perform -- and Football Manager can do this at a high level therefore it's definitely feasiblethis would add variety to the game and make the process of upgrading your roster more challenging and rewarding.

We need more cap casualties and blockbuster swaps to draft selections. We have the right to change contracts to ensure our cap situation can be as bad as it was for the Saints.

Roster construction has become an essential aspect of NFL coverage, to the point where many fans who are not familiar with the fundamental design of contracts. This is especially true for play-calling as well as scheme. These are crucial in creating a franchise worth playing through the entire game cycle.

Madden NFL 22: Ranking the potential candidates to grace the iconic cover of this season's Madden NFL.

It's this time of season again where we're waiting eagerly for the reveal of who will be featured on the cover of the upcoming edition of Madden NFL 22. EA Sports announced this week that the cover of this coming season will be announced on June 17, 2016 and the company has also released a teaser that leaves a few breadcrumbs as to who might be on the cover. (We were treated to a brief appearance for Madden NFL 12 cover athlete Peyton Hillis as well! The cover can be found here.

Two goats that were noticeable older than the others, caused a row in a barn before they emerged to show the year.

With only just a few hours left before we know for sure who'll be on this year's cover we decided to take on ourselves the task of rolling through the list of possible candidates which could be considered as contenders for the honor. Here are the top three choices for an athlete to cover and our top choices if EA Sports chooses to cover two players as the teaser implies.

Three of the last four Madden NFL cover athletes have been quarterbacks, so it only is natural that our top choice is someone who is positioned under center. After a year in where he was an MVP quarterback, Bills quarterback Josh Allen is a fantastic choice for the next chapter of the videogame franchise. Allen set career highs in passing yards and passing touchdowns last year and put Buffalo nearing getting a Super Bowl appearance after appearing in the AFC Championship. At this moment in his career Allen is already a star. Allen is a favorite of the Bills Mafia would be thrilled to see Allen's face and logo on the cover of the Super Bowl.

If you're not going to play quarterback defense I can't imagine how you can overlook Derrick Henry. In fact, there was a possible leak back in March that suggested Henry as the cover's best athlete. Although it's not clear whether he'll be featured on the cover this year, Henry is certainly deserving of it. In some instances, the large-bodied running back appears as something from video games as his defenders are smashed frequently on a daily basis. Henry has led the league in rushing consecutive seasons and has beaten all skill position players in 2020, with the longest number of years from the line of scrimmage (2,141). Madden NFL covers are not an option if you've 126.7 yards per game.

Though you might laugh at the thought of an offensive player getting on the Madden NFL Cover, it's not unusual. Richard Sherman was the last defensive player to serve as the cover athlete for the team in Madden NFL 15 and prior to that we witnessed players like Troy Polamalu (shared with Larry Fitzgerald, Madden NFL 10) and Ray Lewis (Madden NFL 2005) join the cover as well. Donald is by far the most popular player on this side, being a member of four consecutive seasons of the 99 Club. With this in mind the best place to climb is getting onto the right side of the ball.

After the teaser's release in the last week of this week, everyone assumed that this was the combination. It's no secret that Tom Brady is considered the most successful quarterback of all time (G.O.A.T), and Patrick Mahomes is widely considered to be the next great quarterback. It's only natural to believe that there is a possibility or likelihood of two athletes appearing on the cover. But, EA Sports' teaser depicts an older goat and goats, and it's possible to envision Brady as well as Mahomes. Both quarterbacks have appeared featured on the Madden NFL Cover before, with Brady doing it for Madden NFL 18, and Mahomes taking the lead for Madden NFL 20.

It might be an odd choice if this was the combo since it looks like the two of them were just appearing on the cover just a short time before. This is fitting, given that they went toe-to–toe in the Super Bowl last year.

EA Job Listings suggest Madden Could be Coming To Switch

Madden NFL was once a regular feature on Nintendo platforms. It's been nearly a decade since the release of Madden NFL 13 on Wii U. EA previously stated they aren't planning on the game being released on Switch in the year 2018. But, a job listing recently confirmed that Madden might finally come to Switch.

Doctre81 on YouTube found the job description "Online Software Engineer (C++ ) - Madden" back in November of 2020. In the job requirements, one section asks for two years of work experience on "Microsoft, Sony or Nintendo game consoles". While it might not sound to be much, prior EA jobs listings did not mention Nintendo as a requirement.

EA might be considering the possibility of releasing. It's important to remember that back in June, EA confirmed it would launch seven Switch games within the 12-month period. June 2021 is only a few months away, but we've seen six confirmed games since then with the most recent being Apex Legends earlier in the week.
